THE CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST ROLE

VERGE CLIENT CARE SPECIALISTS HAVE THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO:

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Verge Fundraising Client Care Specialists are the front line ambassadors of our brand. They are enthusiastic, community minded people who serve to execute the vision of Verge Fundraising by recruiting new clients through sharing the features and benefits of our products, and by giving our clients world-class attention and support throughout their fundraising campaigns. They are charismatic self-starters who love the freedom of working remotely and are motivated by the opportunity of having their pay tied directly to their individual work ethic and results. The freedom and independence of this role makes it an ideal fit for motivated women and men looking to get their foot in the door and control their own pay, college students who’s schedule make it difficult to find full time on-site positions, or driven people looking for a side-hustle that wont interfere with their other work.

THE PRIMARY TASKS YOU’LL PERFORM

The Verge Fundraising Client Care Specialist is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Actively prospect, warm leads, and sign on new clients to Verge Fundraising Group Campaigns.

  • Offer pre-campaign support to new clients through our free consultation “Game Plan” service.

  • Serve as first line of contact in serving clients above and beyond throughout their campaigns.

  • Attend all Verge Fundraising remote meetings pre-prepared to contribute with optimistic solutions.

  • Take initiative to “lead up” in remote working environment by keeping communication and professional relationship with supervisor healthy and vibrant.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Computer & Smart Phone That Can Be Used for Work

  • Passion & Competency for Sales

  • Experience with HubSpot & GSuite Preferred But Not Required

  • Self starter and Self Manager

  • Personable, Positive & Professional Attitude & Personality

  • Optimism and Flexibility in Challenging Scenarios

  • Love for Community Work

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING YOU

The Verge Fundraising Client Care Specialist is a 1099 independently contracted position and compensated entirely on performance with an industry best commission package. Based on our average group sizes, this means you could earn around $1800/month on average (pre tax) if you meet the minimum goals for your role. Our top performers often earn around $5,000/month (pre tax). (**this is based on averages as an example and not a guarantee**) Commission payments are only given after client campaigns are completed and paid in full (i.e. If you sign a client who’s campaign begins and ends in 6 months, you would receive your commission pay at that time.).

Verge Fundraising Client Care Specialists who perform at a high level are also our first considered candidates to join our full-time team of leaders who are building meaningful careers with our brand!
